As a professional and experienced celebrant, I promise to provide you with a valuable and unforgettable, hand written ceremony whether it be for a wedding, vow renewal or funeral. I take the time to learn about you or your loved one to create a truly unique ceremony that represents you as a couple or person. 

The beauty of a celebrant led ceremony is that there are no restrictions on what we can do, you choose the ceremony style you like and my aim is to get your guests saying how magical and endearing or true to life the ceremony is. 

Life is all about love and finding that one true love. If you are looking to hire me as your wedding celebrant, not only will I create a one off ceremony for you both, but I offer to add in a mini ceremony at no extra charge. You are most welcome to pick a traditional mini ceremony, or we can bang our brains together to create something truly unique for you both. 

I understand that the hardest thing we do in life is to say farewell to those closest to us. If you hire me as a funeral celebrant, I will work closely with loved ones to create the perfect send off for that family member. I will provide you with many options for the order of service and will offer to write the eulogy for you, or simply edit a home written speech.

FULL EVENT PLANNER

This is my most comprehensive planning service, from the initial contact with my clients to the very last detail. See below for a list of what’s included in this service (but not exhaustive): 

 

  • Initial meet and greet with you, to ensure you are happy investing in me as your planner

  • Unlimited advice, regular meetings, phone calls and emails throughout the planning process

  • Venue search and site visits

  • Sourcing and booking reputable (local) suppliers

  • Create a wedding day concept with you, putting together supplier briefs

  • Establishing and managing your wedding budget 

  • Negotiate supplier contracts and charges 

  • Managing the guest list, assisting with the seating plan and informing caterers of dietary requirements

  • Wedding administration (organising on the day stationary, table plans, arranging transport, couple accommodation, liaising with suppliers directly, sourcing hire items such as linen, glassware etc)

  • Creating a detailed schedule for the day, ensuring a smooth wedding day

  • Set-up and pack away support

  • On the day coordination 

12 WEEK EVENT COORDINATION

FROM £750

This service is for those couples who have planned and booked their venue and key suppliers, but who still need assistance on bringing everything together in the end. 

 

  • I will meet you 12 weeks prior to your wedding day, to discuss what you have booked and create a detailed schedule for the day

  • Identify if anything remains to be done and which of the outstanding tasks I can manage for you

  • Your chosen suppliers will be contacted and given details including venue access and timings, ensuring everyone is on the same page

  • I will be the venue and suppliers main point of contact from 12 weeks prior to the run up of the day

  • Oversea final preparations for your wedding day, giving you much needed time to relax

  • On the day management, coordinating every aspect of your day, answering supplier requirements and assisting with the venue set up and pack away

ON THE DAY MANAGEMENT

FROM £475

You have already planned your entire wedding, and know exactly what you want for the big day. However, making sure the logistics of a successful wedding isn’t a task you want to undertake on the day itself, introducing Amy. This service is great for couples who have done a DIY wedding with lots of decor, but don’t quite trust the venue team to set it up correctly. 

 

  • I will meet you 8 weeks prior to your wedding day, to go through in detail your list of suppliers, venue support and itinerary for the day

  • We will discuss any homemade decor and where you would like this to be within the venue set up

  • Suppliers and the venue will be contacted and briefed on schedule and timings for the day, ensuring everyone has the information they require

  • Seating plans and dietaries will be discussed in detail 

  • On the day itself, I will arrive early at the venue to assist with setup and manage your suppliers

  • I will be the main point of contact on the day, so you can relax and get ready

  • It is my job to keep everyone and everything running on time, in line with our pre-arranged schedule

SET UP ONLY 

FROM £320

The entire wedding day has been organised, you have made your centrepieces and homemade decor, but you won't have the time to set it up yourself on the day. This is where I come in, if you are a DIY couple or simply need to rely on someone to set up the big day the way you envision, I can be there to do so. 

  • I will meet you 8 weeks prior to your wedding day at the venue for a site visit

  • We can do a detailed placement of where your decor will be placed on the wedding day

  • Seating plans will be discussed and details of name cards, favours will be organised in detail 

  • On the day itself, I will arrive early at the venue to ensure the set up is complete in a timely manor. 

  • Areas covered but not exhaustive too include the ceremony only, reception drinks and wedding breakfast (If you require help with the evening set up, extra charges will incur for extra time).
